Terms and conditions

1 - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Apartments are available for a minimum of three nights, for weekends, or weekly periods, as well as for longer periods. Included in the price are the bed linen, electricity, heating, gas, water, and air conditioning. Room cleaning at the end of the stay is calculated just once, and it costs 50 euros.

2 - RESERVATIONS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
To rent one of our apartments, contact our office via e-mail. In filling out our online application form, make sure you the specify the apartment you wish to rent, and the dates you intend to book the apartment. Confirmation of your booking will be given only after acknowledgement of receipt of a bank transfer, a deposit of 30% of the total sum, to the account specified below. Full payment, in cash, is due at arrival.

3 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
A host is available to meet you, at the preset time. Note that the time must be established at least, and no later, than a week before the time of your arrival. Rialto, the closest Vaporetto stop, is the meeting point. Any arrival or departure time that differs from the preset schedule below has a supplementary charge of 25 euros. Check-in: 2 pm
Check-out: 12 noon

4 - DEPOSITS
A cash or personal cheque deposit of 200 euros must be put down on arrival; at your departure it will be refunded fully if the apartment is in the condition it was found. In case the departure time differs from the one stated above, the refund must be arranged ahead of time.

5 - CLEANING
At the end of your stay, the apartment must be returned perfectly clean, and with clean linen. However, during your stay, and on request, an extra cleaning service can be scheduled that, depending on the apartment, costs no more than 50 euros.

6 - CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation of a reservation is not foreseen and therefore deposits will not be refunded. However, you can book another period, with no penalties, as long as the cancellation is notified fifteen days before the expected time of arrival.

7 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our apartments must comply with all the general rules and regulations applicable to all condominiums. Occupants are therefore responsible to keep all common areas clean, and at night time must keep noise level to acceptable limits. For any other special needs those that were not set out by the agreement, and which may require our staff, for instance in case of a babysitter, contact our office to know more.

8 - RUBBISH
Garbage disposal and collection takes place just outside the building, on the road, near the front gate, and must be made no later than 8 am. Note that no garbage bags must be left on the stairs or in any other common area of the condominium.
